Hailing from the DC metro area, Atari Blitzkrieg has been recording and producing since 1995 but due to real life situations didn't release his first single until 2007. The Rokkonorrottenhell maxi-single featured hip-hop icon Royce Da 5'9, Groovie Mann from the industrial band My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult and producer Krohme (Obie Trice, Kool G Rap). He has since released 9 EP's, is working on his 10th and has worked with major names in underground hip-hop, Rapper Pooh, Louis Logic, Vast Aire, LMNO, Roc C and Wildchild among others, rock and folk singers and indietronica bands.
He has recently releasedhis first full-length album; "Kick, Punch, Fight, Rhyme," which features appearances from Louis Logic, Roc C, Vast Aire, LMNO, Moka Only, Akrobatik, Existereo, Breez Evahflowin, Krohme & Mike McTernan from Damnation A.D. and production by A to the K and Moka Only. He is wrapping up 12.31.99, which takes place both musically and spiritually in 1999. The album features production from Krohme, Psycho Les, Nick Wiz, Cadence and more. Guest appearances from Lil Dap, Prince Po, Breez Evahflowin and more.
His lyrical content ranges from real-world issues (economy, poverty, war) to video games to fierce combative verbal barrages. He doesn't try to fit into any box, he just creates the music he want's to make.
As he likes to say, "Don't be generic, don't you dare."
